Усад авылы XVIII гасырның беренче яртысында алпавыт Михаил Тютчев ярдәме белән оешкан. Авылдагы өч тәхетле чиркәү 1789 – 1793 нче елларда алпавыт Михаил Тютчев акчасына төзелә. Бер үк вакытта алпавытка йорт та төзелә башлый. 

1870 елда Н.М. Журавлев  дигән байга җирне сатканнар. Әтисе үлгәч, малае Михаил Журавлев шул җирдә Усадта зур су тегермәне төзегән. 1902 елда М. Журавлев тегермәнне спиртзаводка эйләндергән. Бу спиртзавод хәзер дә эшли. Заводта яхшы сыйфатлы эчемлекләр чыгарыла. Заводның даны тирә-якка гына түгел, хәттә чит төбәкләргә таралган. 

Чиркәү 1930 елларда ябылган. Хәзерге вакытта дин тотучыларга кире кайтарылган, ләкин ул бик начар хәлдә, ул реставрацияләнә. 1870 нче елда алпавыт йортын М. Тютчев оныклары Николай Михайлович Журавлевка саталар, үзләре башкалада һәм аның тирәсендә яшиләр.
